This carefully crafted itinerary will display the best of Tanzania’s natural wonders, ensuring an extraordinary and immersive safari experience.
We will spend day 1 and day 2 exploring Tarangire National Park, renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and diverse wildlife.
On day 3, we will journey to the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a wildlife paradise. Descending into the caldera, you will be captivated by the sheer abundance of wildlife in this self-contained ecosystem. Lions, elephants, and rhinos roam freely amidst the stunning landscapes.
On day 4, we will venture into Lake Manyara National Park, known for its diverse birdlife and the famous tree-climbing lions. We will venture along the shores of the lake, where flocks of flamingos create a stunning spectacle against the serene backdrop. Keep your binoculars handy as you observe a variety of bird species and search for elusive wildlife.

Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Our friendly and experienced guide will pick you up from your accommodation in Arusha bright and early. After a warm greeting, we will set off on an exciting drive towards Tarangire National Park, approximately 120 kilometers away.
As we approach Tarangire National Park, the landscape transforms into a mosaic of lush grasslands and ancient baobab trees. The park is renowned for its abundant wildlife, especially during the dry season when numerous animals gather around the Tarangire River.
In the afternoon, we will stop for a delightful picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the park. Following lunch, we will continue our thrilling game drive, traversing the park’s varied landscapes. Tarangire National Park is famous for its large elephant population, and you will have the chance to witness these gentle giants up close as they roam gracefully through the savannah.
Day 2 Early game drive in Tarangire then overnight Karatu
Get ready to immerse yourself in the natural wonders of Tarangire National Park and enjoy the tranquil ambiance of the Farm of Dreams Lodge in Karatu.
You will start the day with an exhilarating game drive; watch out for wonderful sunrise views as we continue to explore the vast savannahs of Tarangire National Park. Keep your eyes peeled for the park’s diverse wildlife, from majestic elephants and graceful antelopes to mischievous monkeys and an array of colorful bird species.
In the afternoon, we will stop for a delightful picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the park. As the day progresses and the sun reaches its zenith, we will bid farewell to Tarangire National Park and embark on a scenic transfer to the picturesque Karatu area. Located on the outskirts of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Karatu is a haven of tranquility, surrounded by rolling hills and lush green landscapes.
Day 3: Game drive in Ngorongoro Crater
Prepare for an extraordinary day as we venture into the mesmerizing Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling game drive. As we descend into the caldera, you will be greeted by a world unlike any other, where wildlife roams freely amidst stunning landscapes. Ngorongoro Crater, a natural wonder teeming with wildlife will surely give you unforgettable experience. Into the caldera, you will witness lions, elephants, and zebras roam freely. Later in the day, you will enjoy a picnic lunch at hippo pool, amidst breathtaking scenery.
We will capture the golden hour’s magic before ascending. In the evening, we will return to Farm of Dreams Lodge in Karatu for a relaxing evening, sharing stories and savoring a delicious dinner.

Day 4: Game drive in Lake Manyara National Park
Today’s extraordinary journey promises not only remarkable wildlife sightings but also a relaxing and friendly atmosphere that will make your safari experience truly unforgettable.
As we enter the park, the sight of the glistening Lake Manyara, surrounded by lush greenery and majestic acacia trees, will greet you. Lake Manyara is renowned for its abundant birdlife, including flocks of flamingos that create a stunning kaleidoscope of color against the serene lake backdrop. Binoculars have the opportunity to observe these elegant birds and other fascinating species up close. As we venture deeper into the park, keep your eyes peeled for the iconic tree-climbing lions that Lake Manyara is famous for. We will pause for a leisurely picnic lunch amidst the natural beauty of Lake Manyara. Take in the breathtaking vistas, listen to the sounds of nature, and enjoy a delicious meal. After the meal, we will slowly start leaving the park for Arusha town/airport.
